Help for Mother & Child’s Relocation

On April 10, 2024, a devastating turn of events left a brave single mother and her three-year-old child facing homelessness. After being deceived by a real estate developer, their dreams of a stable home have been shattered, leaving them with no money and nowhere to go.

For the past year, this mother has been working tirelessly, renovating a historic home in Virginia through an owner-financed agreement, with hopes of securing permanent financing. Tragically, her business partner, who controlled all the funds, has disappeared, leaving her and her child vulnerable and without support.

On the day of the closing, April 10, 2024, she was informed that her partner had stopped communicating with the seller and failed to provide the necessary funds. The seller has since initiated the eviction process, leaving this family on the brink of losing everything they’ve worked so hard for.

Now, with all her money tied up in a home she is about to lose to foreclosure, this determined mother needs our help to relocate back to Savannah and rebuild their lives. They are in desperate need of funds to secure safe housing and cover basic living expenses during this critical transition.
