Our grandpa, Robert, is one of the strongest and most selfless people we know. He has spent his life working hard, caring for others, and putting family first.

Now, as a retired man facing prostate cancer, he is fighting one of the hardest battles of his life, and it breaks our hearts that financial stress has to be part of that fight.

Cancer does not just take a toll physically and emotionally. It brings overwhelming costs. Even with insurance, Robert is facing large copays, ongoing medical expenses, and frequent travel to out of town appointments to receive the care he needs. These costs add up quickly.

Robert should be able to focus on healing, resting, and spending time with the people he loves. He should not have to worry about using the retirement savings he worked his entire life to build. Those savings were meant for peace, security, and enjoying his later years, not for surviving cancer.

We are starting this fundraiser so that Robert does not have to carry this burden alone. Every donation will go toward medical copays and travel expenses, helping ease the financial strain and giving him one less thing to worry about during this incredibly difficult time.
