I'm seeking help to save my Doggo Eric, he’s eaten something that has got internally blocked and he needs surgery ASAP

we have explained to our registered vet that we haven’t got the funds right now and they said if we can’t afford it then to put him down.

please he’s not even 3 years old and such a good boy
