Hope for Ali

Ali Maadarani, father of four, is an enthusiatic, courteous and hardworking individual. He sacrificed his education to support his five sisters and brother. Ali was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), a neuromuscular disease that affects the nerves that make muscles move. It is also a disease with no cure or treatment that progressively paralyzes sufferers until they can no longer breathe or swallow. Genervon Biopharmaceuticals has recently announced that one of their top drugs, GM604, has shown promising results in restoring neuronal health by regulating a certain protein level back to normal when its concentration is either above or below normal ranges. Unfortunately, this drug is costly, and is not currently covered by insurance, so we need everyone's help to help Ali acquire this drug. 

There will be a fundraising dinner held in Ali's honor on December 10, 2015 at 6:30pm at Romantica Restaurant in Troy, MI. Please join us for good food, nice music and gift giveaways. Minimum entry cost will be $65.00 online or at the door, and ALL proceeds will go directly to Ali's medical treatments. Individual with online donations will be added to the list of attendees. A bank account in the name of "HOPE FOR ALI" has been established as well.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions, comments and concerns.
