Leah Lopez Memorial Fund

Dear friends and family it grieves my heart to share with you the loss of my beloved 19 year old daughter Leah Lopez who passed away suddenly from complications relating to emergency abdominal surgery. She was admitted to the hospital on May 8th and after 3 surgeries, she suffered from many complications including an infection and ultimately her little heart couldn't fight any more. She passed away on May 20th. She was a wonderful daughter, grand-daughter, sister, niece, auntie and cousin. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
