Hey everyone!! For those of you that dont know, Fono was involved in a little work incident with a guy (that once was his friend) about a year ago and we have been fighting that case in court up until 4 months ago as it was self defense on Fono's behalf! Unfortunatly the judge sore it different and sentenced Fono to 15 months prison. The rules are now if you arn't a Australian Citizen and get a sentence longer then 12 months then you will be deported back to where you are from. Fono has been told that his Visa has been cancelled and he will be deported back to New Zealand BUT he does have a chance to fight it and stay in the country. So he is now been held in a Detention centre fighting this. This is his first ever time going threw something like this and first criminal conviction. We have found a Immagration Lawyer and she has told us that we do have a really good chance to win this as it is his first affense plus i am a Australian Citizen as well as his kids but this lawyer does cost alot of money which we don't have. So im asking you all, Please for just a small donation and it will help so much! Fono isn't this man they are making him out to be and anyone that knows him will agree with me. He deserves to be at home with his family, be here for his new born son and his daughters!! Not be kicked out of the country for one little mistake that i know he will never do again. I need his help out here emotionally and financially. If anyone knows someone that could help please add them on here... Lets bring Fono home where he belongs. Thanks guys xx
