This account is to help fund a new treatment for my sister, Adrianne (Andi) Fleetwood, that may help with symptom improvement of her Multiple Sclerosis. 
 
Andi was given very aggressive, progressive diagnosis of MS over 18 years ago.  Since that time her family and friends have watched her endure a slow decline of strength, multiple falls, and severe leg weakness along with a long, long list of other devastating issues.   We have never once seen her complain about the symptoms or the costs of the treatments.   Just the side effects from some of the treatments have been almost unbearable, and she never has uttered a single protest, always just a determined smile.  The most humbling thing about Andi is that during this 18 year struggle, she has devoted her life’s work to being a nurse; to caring for other people.  
 
Autonomic Specialists, located in California, have a new procedure called TVAM, or Transvascular Autonomic Modulation.   Many individuals with MS have found a profound decrease in their symptoms after this procedure has been performed.  Excited and hopeful about this prospect, performed only at this one facility in California, Andi called her insurance company only to find out that she would have about $7500 wrapped up in travel expenses, deductibles and co-pays.   On top of her regular medical expenses, this expense was going to be way too far over budget. 
 
I am asking for donations to get this sweet girl out to California to get the treatment she needs.  Please help our family and let’s give Andi a little hope for a brighter future.  She has given so much to everyone around her and I just want to give something back to her.  Thank you so much!!
