I do not know where to begin. I am writing this on behalf of my sister's family.

On Sunday evening, November 24th, 2024, my sister's family was struck by an unimaginable tragedy. Their daughter, Jessie Grahnert, 32 years old, was shot and killed at her home in Topeka, KS. This loss is overwhelming, and the pain they are feeling is immeasurable.

Jessie was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, niece, granddaughter, and friend. She is survived by many loved ones, but most importantly, her son, Cameron.

This was a sensless, horrific act, and the murder investigation is ongoing. The family would appreciate any and all support to give Jessie the beautiful service that she deserves. Any donations will cover travel expenses and funeral arrangements.

I will post more as soon as I can. I just wanted to get this up to see if we could get some help for them.

The funeral date is Tuesday December 3, 2024.
