Anna's Road to Recovery

Many of you know our sweet, feisty, and resilient friend Anna Stiffler. She has been battling ulcerative colitis for several years and recently had major emergency surgery. Hopefully this surgery will improve her quality of life tremendously, but she has some healing to do in the meantime. Now that the surgery is behind her, her family and friends desperately want her to focus on her recovery. She will not be able to return to work for at least two months and we do not want her to worry about whether or not she will receive a pay check, her medical bills or any other payments during this time. Anna will want to get back to her students as soon as possible and we want to make sure she can focus on healing so that she can do so when she’s ready. We hope to raise enough money so she can focus on her recovery and not worry about anything else. Anna has touched so many of our lives and has always been there for us so now it’s time for us to return the favor.
