Lanes fight against amputation
It all started on May 14, 2015 when Lane had his foot surgery to release his tendons so his foot would turn in the proper position. We had a gut feeling something wasn't right but they sent us home anyways and we were right back at the hospital that Tuesday because of a 103 fever. That's when we learned that his cast was too tight, it caused pressure sores that turned into cellulites and no blood flow to his pinky toe which will have to be amputated. There is a possibility that he will have to have plastic surgery and skin grafts from the pressure sore being so bad on the top of his foot.
Right now we are trying to raise money for the cost of hospital stay, food, parking, and basic bills because my daughter is having to be out of work. My goal is send them to Disney world for a nice family vacation when all is said and done.
