Hello, my name is Mike Bradshaw, I live in Lake Worth Fl. The purpose of this "gofundme" account is to try to raise some money to help a friend of mine who I have known for over 45 years. My friends name is Michael Brodbeck. Michael is 64 years old and is a Licensed Roofing Contractor for over 30 years, he works alone doing roof repairs.
 On June 26 Mike was doing a repair and fell off the roof and landed on the concrete below, he suffered multuple broken ribs, a punctured lung, a broken clavicle as well as traumatic head injury. He was rushed to the hospital and was not expected to survive. Mike spent 3 weeks in a coma, and 4 additional weeks in ICU.
 Mike was released from the hospital on the 15th of August and is at home.
 Mike does not have any insurance and his bills will be in the high six figures, Mikes brother Jeff is working on getting Mike on Social Security disability but that will take a few months to kick in. Right now Mike is 2-3 months behind on all his bills, house payment, electric, vehicle and homeowners Ins. etc. and he can't work and will never be able to return to his roofing business. He also has many doctor appointments that he cannot pay for to get the follow up treatments and therapy that he needs. Right now his girlfriend Michelle is staying with him thank goodness, and it is a 24/7 responibility for now, and she is not able to work.
 Mike has always been a kind, honest, hardworking man who was always the first one to offer help when some one needed it, many times I have seen Mike not charge a customer who needed a leak fixed but could not afford it.
 Now Mike needs our help, any donation you could make to his recovery fund would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully we can help get him out of this financial hole as well as be able to get the follow up medical care he needs.
