Help my son get the medical help he needs

Hello, my name is Chantel, and I’m the proud parent of my amazing son, Bradley Rogers. I’m reaching out with hope and determination to help fundraise for crucial private medical tests that Bradley desperately needs—tests that we can’t afford to wait years for on the NHS.

Bradley is 14, almost 15, and he’s an incredible young man with some of the most complex disabilities, including severe autism, mild cerebral palsy, ketotic hyperglycaemia, nystagmus that limits his vision, brain damage, and epilepsy. Despite these challenges, Bradley faces life with the kind of strength and resilience that inspires everyone who meets him.

Recently, we visited a wonderful pediatric neurologist in London who treated Bradley with such care and compassion. For the first time in years of seeing countless doctors, she was able to give us answers we’ve never had before. She has recommended a number of critical tests—tests that could finally bring us clarity and the right diagnoses to ensure Bradley gets the support he needs as he transitions into adulthood.

These tests include full genetic testing, updated MRI scans, a sleep EEG, and comprehensive blood work. Each of these must be done under sedation due to Bradley’s complex needs. Unfortunately, as a family, we simply don’t have the resources to cover the cost, which is estimated to be over £11,000.

That’s why we’re reaching out, heart in hand, to ask for your kindness and support. Every donation, no matter the size, will bring us one step closer to giving Bradley the answers and care he deserves. Time is of the essence, and we are hoping to raise the funds as quickly as possible.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for reading our story and for any support you can provide. It means the world to us. We’ve included photos and documentation, with sensitive information removed, as well as proof of the costings to ensure full transparency. The ASD test not included as still awaiting quotes so that’s why estimation is 11,000 or more.

With endless gratitude,
Chantel and family

And still he smiles with such innocence
