Hi, my name is Juan Carlos . Back in December, I broke my foot while working. Since then, life has taken a really tough turn. Because I don’t have health insurance, I haven’t been able to get the surgery and proper medical care I need to heal.

This injury has kept me out of work for months, and it’s been impossible to provide for myself the way I used to. The pain makes even simple daily tasks difficult, and without treatment, I can’t move forward.
