Hello there, my name is not important but my little brother is named Aideyn Chase-Anthony Mencarini. He was a victim of the careless and senseless actions of a person whom he was trying to sell his car to. And now we don’t know if he’ll ever be able to walk the same again. Aideyn is a young, hard working, kind-hearted old soul who has a passion for cars. He recently bought a new Subaru that he has been working extra hours to fund the repairs on. He was so excited about it. Every day that he wasn’t working at the restaurant he’d be in the shop. Conversely, he had an older Subaru that he was looking to sell, so he could put the money towards the new one. On the day of the accident, he and I met with some potential buyers from Facebook marketplace to show them the vehicle. Before purchasing, he wanted to take the car for a test drive; I wish I never let my brother get in that car. I didn’t know that would be the last time I’d see him standing on his feet this year. The perpetrator decided near the end of the test-drive to accelerate the vehicle over 85MPH, disregarding the desperate pleas to slow down from my brother and his close friend Bobby Warren in the back seat. As the car came around a bend, the car lost traction and out of reprehensible selfishness the driver rotated the wheel to put my brother into the oncoming vehicle to save himself. That same negligent driver walked away with nothing but minor scrapes and bruises; while I had to watch my unconscious brother get removed from the car by the jaws of life and then console my hysterical mother who just arrived at the scene. This took place literally steps away from our home and we will have to be reminded every day for the rest of our lives what took place each time we turn on to our street. As of today, my brother is in stable condition with a completely shattered pelvis and recovering from a procedure done to stop the internal bleeding from his liver and spleen. Bobby, his closest friend; fellow car enthusiast, and someone we consider family is also in stable condition with a fractured pelvis. They each have a long road of recovery and rehab ahead, but we are hopeful that they’ll be back to normal in due time. The purpose of this post is to directly cover all medical expenses for Aideyn and Bobby. Any additional money garnered will go directly to them to assist in  any other necessary expenses whilst they are recovering and unable to work. I just want to see my brother walk again, so if you can spare even a penny– my family and I will be perpetually grateful. Thank you <3
