Gretchen Millard Middleton is determined to beat cancer! Gretchen shared the difficult news that she had been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer this summer. With that being said, she is determined to beat cancer's butt!
Gretchen lives in Kirksville, Missouri and was raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. Her lovely daughter Emily is in the 7th grade. They could both use our love and support right now. As we all know, medical bills can be costly. Hopefully, this GoFundMe account is going to help ease that financial burden and allow Gretchen to focus her energy on beating breast cancer.
She started chemo at the end of August and will continue chemo on and off for 20 weeks. She has chosen to have a bi-lateral double mastectomy and reconstruction surgery at UNMC in Omaha in mid-January. She only asks for fighting prayers for Emily and herself to get through this challenge.
However, if you can help in any way by making a financial donation, please ease the stress for Gretchen during this difficult time. Even donations of $5 will really add up. Gretchen and her family greatly appreciate the support. She is so lucky to have all the love and support from her family and friends as she goes through this process and as she kicks cancer's butt!
