Sarah's knee brace

Due to an unfortunate incident in which she ripped all the ligaments in her knee, my good friend sarah had to cut short her life dream of working and living abroad so that she could receive the surgery necessary. But this will take well over a year to happen. So she needs a knee brace which is rather expensive for someone who will have a hard time finding a job in today's job market with such a debilitating injury.
