As most of us know by now, our Beloved Brother Eddie Betts, suffered a major stroke last week and has been in an ICU unit now for close to a week. The love and concern for Brother E has been enormous and genuinely felt by all and most definitely by the Man himself. It's great to hear that He's now starting slow physical therapy treatments, but He has a long road of recovery ahead of him. We also know that Eddie does not ask for help, even when He needs it most ... Well except for yesterday He asked Wes to help him "Get out of There" :) Yet, He gives everything He can to so many others, and does not rest until He knows those He cares for most are ok, most commonly His Mother who is Elderly and in need of constant care whom Eddie primarily is that care giver. He'd just moved into a new apartment and started a new job when He suffered this traumatic stroke and with all that He has been previously been financially burdened, now with the addition of these new medical expenses with Our Brother, NEEDS OUR HELP... Eddie's one of The Best People any of Us will Meet in our Lifetimes, and this goal of $6,400 is small compared to what is really needed but if should be enough to cushion some of the financial fall out to come, and I think He'll like the "6-4" mantra with it, Let's crush it! Give What You Can and Please continue to Keep The Big Guy in Your Prayers and Thoughts... We Love Ya' E, We Got Cha Bro!
