My name is Varian, and I am a 28-year-old transmasculine individual.

I reside in a country where societal attitudes often favor my demise over my happiness. Additionally, I face familial remarks such as "I hope I’m dead before you become a boy." As a result, my gender dysphoria, particularly regarding my chest, has become increasingly overwhelming. It is significantly affecting my mental well-being. I am making every effort to progress, but I am burdened by substantial medical and transportation-related debt, in addition to daily living expenses and monthly bills.

While I understand that not everyone may be able to contribute financially, sharing my situation may help raise awareness and increase the likelihood of acquiring additional support.
