It is with a heavy heart that we announce the unexpected passing of beautiful Uzziah "Zia" Renee Griffin on March 2, 2023 at the age of 26 days during a nap. Zia's beautiful and heartbroken mother, Tamar, is not prepared for the responsibilities that come along with the handling of her final arrangements and other costs she is incurring during this time to support her two other daughters.

Zia was adored by her mom and sisters who are having a really tough time navigating the sudden loss of a daughter and little sister. Zia was a quiet and happy baby. Her mother regarded her as a gift from God and named her Uzziah meaning "the Lord is my strength".

This fundraiser has been set up by Zia's family (Lana is Zia's grandmother) to raise funds to help cover the costs of her final arrangements, the memorial, and other expenses to navigate to a new normal for her sisters Unique and Ullanni.
