Logan's Hospice & End of Life Fund

I have a very dear friend who is going through the hardest time of her life.  Saying goodbye to her precious 5 year old son, Logan.  He was born with a very rare condition called Schinzel Giedion Syndrome.  Most children born with this condition don't live past 6 months old, but Logan has been a fighter since day 1.  He is ventilator dependent, has a trach, feeding tube, chronic UTI's, seizure disorder, ketogenic diet, chronic infections and is a functional quadriplegic.  His mother has devoted her life to doing everything in her power to give him the best life possible, as well as her 7 year old son, Oren.  As they face tough decisions during this hospitalization including hospice and end of life choices, they can use every bit of support possible.  Misty is Logan's mother and she raises her boys all on her own.  She takes on the roll of mother, nurse, therapist, maid, advocate, teacher, driver and cook.  This hospitalization will be Logan's last and as Misty and Oren prepare for hospice to follow them home, they also face the challenges of a funeral in the near future to which is far more than any mother or brother should have to think about.  No mother should ever have to think about her 5 year old child's funeral or saying good-bye.  Let's help carry some of the burden so that it's one less thing Misty has to worry about right now.  No mother should face this time nor should she have to worry about how she can provide a funeral that Logan so valiantly deserves.  Please help!
