Hello, my name is G. I’m a determined self-taught baker and owner of Today-N-Tomorrow Cupcakes. A man with a big dream: opening my very own storefront bakery.

Baking has always been close to my heart. My love for it began with my mom, who used to bake for me when I was little. Every cake and every cookie was like biting down on air—so soft, moist, joyful, and loving, as if someone was hugging your tongue. After her passing, baking became more than just food—it became a way to honor her memory, to carry forward the love she poured into baking, and to bring smiles to others the way she once did for me.

Today, I run a small but successful home-based baking business. I’ve poured my heart, my time, and my energy into learning, creating, and sharing my craft. Every treat that leaves my kitchen is baked with love, passion, and care. The best part is seeing the joy on people’s faces when they taste something I’ve made—that’s what keeps me going.

But now, I’m ready for the next step. My dream is to open a storefront bakery where my community can come together, smell the fresh baked goods, share a laugh, and celebrate milestones. Most people think it’s the taste of what you bite into, which does play a part, but it’s the feeling you get from every bite you take. It’s an experience taking you back home, a childhood memory, or just leaving with something sweet that makes your day brighter.
