Party People! I want to keep The Poetry Room accessible but still bring in new talents, pay features, photographers, and venues in full. Our current model does not work. Even at the ticketed show, we do them going in knowing we are going in at a loss.

As the new Lansing Poet Laureate, I would love some help and bring in some LEGENDS to help expose our community to the world of Slam Poetry and some of the masters out there. I want to do more workshops, ticketed events, and open mics.
