We would like you to meet "BUDDY". Buddy was seen on Saturday, Jan. 21st curled up beneath a blackberry bush on Rossanley in Medford Oregon, the temperature was in the 20s. Buddy was rescued on Jan 22nd by Trish Baird Logan and taken to a local vet where he had x-rays and was evaluated. Buddy was found to have mid-femoral fractures in both legs and displaced hips, and requires life-saving surgery. Oregon State University called him Humpty-Dumpty because he is so broken.

They are going to try and put Buddy back together again.

The surgery estimate is between $8,000 and $12,000.
