My name is Nur Beg and I am a member of the Turkestanian American Association. My father was one of the founding members. As our elders taught to us always help each other to support our community and our culture and heritage, my mission is the same. Due to the tragic earthquake that rocked Adana, Turkey, there are many families affected by this tragedy. Many people asked me how they can help so I have created this Go fund me account. We are working with the Turkestan American Association in the US to help those affected by the earthquake and need of the Turkestan Association in Adana. Funds will be used for food, shelter, medicine, blankets, generators, and any other earthquake related help that is needed for the Uzbek community in Adana as well other turkish people in need in any of the affected areas. Any amount is accepted and appreciated.
