As many of you know, Rebecca (Becky) Leon has unexpectedly been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer.  She underwent surgery in February of this year, followed almost immediately with radiation and chemotherapy.  Due to being wheelchair-bound, family and friends have provided some daily assistance with meals, housecleaning, and other tasks for which Becky and her husband, Hector Leon, are very appreciative.

Despite having medical insurance, the reality is that the out-of-pocket medical costs have been exorbitant and are expected to increase as the need for treatment continues.  While Becky and Hector have remained strong throughout this ordeal, we understand that support is an equally critical part of any treatment.  Therefore, we are reaching out to family and friends to ask that one way in which you can offer support is by making a monetary contribution that will go towards her treatment plan expenses.  (Please note that personal contributions are not tax deductible.)
