For the Love Of Speaking Out

Donation protected

In the world we live in today, its a world that is cold and at times tragic. It’s a world that makes you want to give up at some point when events happen, and sometimes it can be hard to see the good that is instored for you.

On May 11th, 2018, I went into the emergency room for chest pains and chronic nose bleeds after a kitchen shift.  Upon getting observed, I was told that if I didn’t show up when I did, I would have died from a stroke or major heart attack. After some more observing I was informed with more news that my kidneys were failing and diagnosed with Renal Kidney Failure (Stage 5). When hearing that news I turned cold and numb. I sat in a empty room and cried, mostly asking how and why. After everything processed, Doctors told me I had to have to under go two surgeries, one to have a permacath put in my chest and another to put a fistula into my left arm to recieved hemodialysis until the wait on a list for a kidney is over.

I spent a month exactly in the hospital. I had to learn to walk again and some points breathe on my own. I didn’t let a lot of people know I was hospitalized based of my mental and physical processing from what had occurred. I can find the good and say that I’m happen to be here to write this today and reach out to all of my family and friends that know me as individual to help.

Many of people who know me know that I am a Chef and upcoming DJ. My career as a chef has been put on hold because of this. Until I get to a better state I most likely won’t be able to return to a kitchen environment. I can still DJ though, playing music helps me through all of this and brings a better mental state to myself.

People never know what your going through until you speak about it and this is what I’m doing. Anything would definitely help me. Any donation will help me with the bill for hospitalization, living expenses, and surgery costs until I’m able to work again.

Even with everything that has happened.... I still smile. I smile because I was given another chance at life, another chance to put a smile on someone’s face, and another chance to be great....

Thank you for reading , and again anything would help !
