Brittany and Ocean Wesley

It is with a heavy heart and deep sorrow that I reach out to the compassionate community on behalf of Brittany Wesley and her young daughter, Ocean, whom she shares with Juni Ashu. Tragically, on Friday, February 7, 2025, Ocean’s father, Juni, was taken from this world in a senseless act of violence. The devastation of this loss has left Brittany and her daughter in unimaginable grief.

Juni’s passing was far too sudden and far too young, leaving a void that no words can truly express. As a devoted young mother, Brittany is now facing the incredibly difficult journey of raising her daughter alone. In this time of overwhelming heartache, Brittany is hoping to travel to Alberta so that she and Ocean can be present for Juni's funeral and pay their respects to a father who will never be forgotten.

In addition to the immediate need for travel funds, Brittany is seeking support to navigate the coming months as she faces a future without the father of her child. She will be raising Ocean on her own during these difficult times, and any assistance you can offer would be a tremendous help as she tries to heal and rebuild their lives together.
