As you all know our angel Brian, the baby of the Ochoas’ was such a happy young kid. He loved the bike life but loved his mommy and family the most. Taken from us too soon our sweet boy passed on December 1, 2022 due to hospital negligence. He repeatedly visited the emergency room this past week at Montefiore of New Rochelle at 16 Guion Place reporting pains in his body, bones, and chest - he was sent home without proper care or answers day after day since Monday. He visited the emergency room for what would be his final hours on December 1st coughing up blood experiencing extreme body aches only to be told he was sick with Influenza. Hours past the staff didn’t have the resources to save him and did not provide any diagnosis after he past. This cannot go unanswered and cannot happen to another family. He was 17 had his entire life ahead of him. We ask for any support any help with be greatly appreciated.
