Help Ben bounce back!

Ben is an extremely hard working man and has been dealt a bad hand as of late.  Back in January two discs in his lower back herniated causing him to be out of work.  After numerous appointments it was finally determined he needed surgery.  His back surgery was at the end of March.  He was hoping he would be able to return to work soon, however he just had his one month follow up appointment with the surgeon and they do not want him back for AT LEAST another month, then only returning after that with restrictions for sometime.   He has had to utilize all of his Short-Term Disability and now is using his Long-Term Disability which only pays out at 65%. 

Obviously being out of work for 4+ months would effect anyone financially, especially with the abundance of medical bills he now has acquired from the doctor appointments, injections, physical therapy, chiropractor, surgery and post-op care. I want to try to get Ben back on his feet and ready to run when he is finally able to return to work!   He would never agree to me creating this page so try to keep it under wraps with him.  He is definitely not one to ask for a handout so this is why I want to keep it unknown to him.
