Bill's Surgery

First, I would like to apologize for taking your time, and thank you for reading this.  My name is Bill Cleveland, I am 55 and single.  I have 4 children ranging from 24 to 36 and 3 grandchildren, one that has passed and one I have never seen. After my divorce about 9 years ago I have had some up's and down's, seems like more downs than ups lol.  I have felt unwanted and not needed. Almost 2 years ago I moved here to Draper And have found some amazing friends and connections Which has changed my life for the positive I have learned and grown so much and now have such desire to live life, which has not always been the case. 

Unfortunately, with my age and health and neglecting myself I find that I must change my life to keep on living. They say drastic times take drastic measures. Well, I am 6' 4” and weigh 490 lbs.  I am ashamed to be seen in public and cannot even walk to the corner. I cannot get a job like this. I am an open book and honesty is very important.

After a lot of research and talking to 3 different doctors the best choice for me is a bypass sleeve.  I have found a great company to do the gastric bypass sleeve on March 21st. I am trying to give all I have to improve my life.  Unfortunately, a surgery like this is very expensive and again I am embarrassed to say but I need help. I know this will let me live my life to the fullest.  I can be there for my children and become a tool for whatever my Heavenly Father has in-store for me.
