Lost everything in flood

My brother and his family are located in Queens, NY. Last night Hurricane Ida caused a flash flood. My family was inside of the house when the windows busted and rushed the house with water. They live in the basement of this rented home (that is not insured for flood) and have lost everything. No luck from Fema or Red Cross either.

I have never been a fan of asking for help, but I am now. Anything you can send it needed. All of their personal belongings are gone including clothes and every day items. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I am beyond grateful for anything you choose to send ❤️
