Hi, my name is Deja Dobbins, and I’m a mother doing everything I can to bring my 10-year-old son, Jordan, back home—back to the life he’s always known.

Jordan has lived in Washington his entire life. This is where he grew up, went to school, played, and made memories. He’s surrounded by family and friends who love him deeply and have been part of his everyday life since he was a baby. They miss him. I miss him. He’s part of a close-knit community that he was suddenly taken away from without the chance to say goodbye.
