Dear friends:

It appears that Natalia's cancer is back, and that it has metastasized to her lungs.  Further testing is underway to determine the extent and the best course of action.

Natalia, mother to Ben (8) and Noah (5), is currently not able to work and is trying to manage treatment options, family life and finances together with her husband.  Neither of their families live nearby, and therefore, they rely on their community of friends to give them support  for the difficult road ahead.
