Tristan’s Road to Recovery ❤️

A week ago today, we received the most shocking and heart breaking news, something we never imagined we would be faced with as part of our EMC family. ❤️

Tristan, one our our beloved scholars was stabbed in broad daylight whilst playing football with friends in a Tunbridge Wells park. ⚽️

After being transferred to a London Hospital, and undergoing 2 separate surgeries, Tristan remains in a critical but stable condition. ❤️

We have been able to visit him and with permission from his family, are sharing this update with you all.

If it wasn’t for the quick and heroic actions of one of our other scholars Slavi, who helped stem the bleeding of the wounds until help arrived, this could have been a very different ending. ❤️

We are BEYOND proud of Slavi and Tristan, and have made the decision to start a Go Fund Me page to raise funds for Tristan and his family to show our support on his road to recovery. ❤️
