Help Dylan Get Top Surgery

I've been out as trans and living as a man for over 4 years now. Needless to say my life has been greatly improved ever since coming out, slowly passing more and more, and truly living as myself. My mental health and appreciation for life has never been better. Starting t was an amazing step, but and has boosted my personal confidence and comfort in myself. However, my dysphoria towards my body has not been completely relieved, and therefore top surgery is the absolute necessary next step for me in my transition.
