Boss Elite CIC provides coaching in cheerleading, stunt, dance and tumble in the Cambridgeshire area.
We know it has been a hard year for all, it especially has for us as a club, not just with lockdowns stopping us from training but also issues with the venues we hired, from not allowing us to return to training because they had to keep their pupils safe (school hall) to being subjected to flood damage (church hall). We became a little disheartened whether we would ever get back to training, once lockdown is over! So..........
We have been working behind the scenes on making one of our longterm goals a reality - Boss Elite having their own home, we are almost there but need a little assistance to get over the final hurdle.
We need a little more funding to help us with set up and fitting out the premises so we can operate asap and get some of the items on our wish list. As well get the word out to new members, which in turn will ensure our longevity.
The aim of a premises of our own is to be able to offer a wider timetable that is not limited by other activities going on in the hired space. Reduce the pack up of our equipment after every use. Have all our competitive sessions located in one place. Offer more competive teams in different genres. Operate (at least) 6 days a week. Have recreational classes, open to all genders, ages and abilities. Have a place we can call home, feel safe, be welcoming and fall in love with what we enjoy doing again.
We offer classes for all ages, all abilities and any gender. We are all about inclusion and putting smiles on our participants faces when they achieve skills, become part of a team or step out of their comfort zone and try something different.
We don't expect to get all we are asking for but every little will help us to get to the end result a little quicker.
