This campaign will remain open for as long as allowed. Anything that is given will go to his parents to help better the boys' future. Thank you again for everyone's generosity, this will help both Laurin & Erin TREMENDOUSLY :)

Matthew was a father, son & best friend he was funny and full of life - and his heart was INCREDIBLY HUGE!! He was taken from us far too soon! Our son, Tyler (age 5), absolutely adored his daddy, and now I have to explain where daddy is - Heaven. He was the perfect father. He did everything he could for both of his sons. I will make sure Tyler never forgets the memories and that he carries on his daddy's legacy. For me, I've lost a best friend of over a decade. A guy who, at one point, wouldn't even drink caffeine because it "poisoned his body", but yet tattooed himself from head to toe. He used to call me "Darin" because he knew how much it got on my nerves, but he thought it was funny.. those memories will always be with me. I could talk to him about anything and i could ALWAYS count on him to have my back, even when i was in the wrong. I'm so sad for our son and his youngest son, Sawyer. They have to grow up without the one person they looked up to the most, their daddy. It makes me so angry that this world had lost such a loving, caring, UNIQUE individual. Matthew Mark Smith, you will be forever missed & loved. Never ever forgotten!!
