Hi, my name is Abbi, and I’m setting up this GoFundMe on behalf of my mum, Deb, in memory of my amazing dad, Chris.

Chris passed away after a long and heartbreaking battle with complex health conditions. He fought through so much — from sepsis and pneumonia to heart failure, a hip fracture, and a devastating brain bleed — showing incredible strength every step of the way. He was our world, our fighter, and a proud Blue through and through.

Due to the length of Chris’s illness, his life insurance unfortunately expired last year. On top of this, my mum has been off work since January dealing with serious family health issues, and she’s now on half pay.

We’re now facing the unexpected and overwhelming cost of giving Chris the send-off he truly deserves — a proper Manchester City-themed farewell full of love, pride, and respect.
