Hi, my name is Tamsin, the mother of sienna who sadly gained her angel wings

I’m looking for some help at this difficult time in aid to give my angel the best send off she deserves

Sienna is a twin, unfortunately her sister Willlow Grace didn’t make it past her day of birth

Sienna had fought for the short 6 months of her life and made me proud each day she overcame, she was doing so well until, unfortunately she contracted a heart and lung disease

I’m not looking for sympathy, I just want my baby girl to have the best send off too her twin sister and big brother
