Sara Gomez and Family are asking for your help and financial support in a desperate time of need.  Sara is currently battling a rare condition that is impacting her kidneys ability to function and her blood chemistry.  

She has been hospitalized for over 2 weeks now occurring hundreds of thousands in medical bill's, while her husband and family try all they can to support.
