Hello, my name is Liza, and I’m reaching out for help for my beloved cat, Masha. The past three years have been incredibly stressful for both of us. We are from Ukraine, and during the war, Masha and I were forced to leave our home and relocate to Germany to find safety. Later, we made the long journey to the United States together. At 13 years old, Masha flew on a plane for the first time in her life. The stress of the war, constant travel, and drastic changes have taken a toll on her health.

Recently, Masha was diagnosed with a malignant tumor on one of her mammary glands. The veterinarians have recommended removing all her mammary glands to prevent the cancer from returning, followed by additional treatment.

Unfortunately, I don’t have pet insurance to cover the cost of her treatment, and every visit to the veterinarian costs around $500 for exams, blood tests, and X-rays. These expenses have already added up significantly, and I’m struggling to afford the surgery that Masha urgently needs.

Masha is my family, my comfort, and my source of strength during the most difficult times. She has been by my side through everything, and now I want to do everything I can to be there for her.
