In February of 2019, I was diagnosed with  End Stage Renal Disease (also known as kidney failure). As a result , I must undergo dialysis treatments three times a week for four and a half hours each day of treatment. The only way I will stop needing these treatments is by way of kidney transplant.  Doctors state that a living donor is the best route possible but also can be the hardest to find.
     As I continue to search for a possible living donor there are many other obstacles I will face, including maintaining the best all around health I can to remain on the transplant list and be ready for the day I can receive that transplant. 
     While my insurance covers most of my medical expenses, there are other costs that small amount of disability that I receive does not cover.  I have created this campaign as a continuation of my previous one, with gofundme having changed their processing platform, I chose to start this fundraider as opposed to waiting the week or longer I was told it would take for them to recreate my old fundraiser.
