PLEASE Help me save my cat!

Hi everyone!
I've had to do gofundme's in the past for emergency situations, but none have ever been so important before. This cat is more important to me than my own life, I don't even care. He's my best friend, my little buddy, my registered support animal. I am calling our, crying out, for any help you can possibly send my way! I understand it's the holiday season and purse strings are tight, and that's exactly why I am in no position to afford this alone.. even if it were the middle of summer, I'd still have no way...
I had to take Boomi, 7, to the emergency vet tonight. I got home and he was acting strange, not coming when I called.. I heard him making strange noises from the other room, ect. Finally about 20 minutes later he comes hobbling into my room, hops on the bed, and just... sits.. in the most uncomfortable looking way and mewls at me. What's wrong buddy? I notice that he's super puffed up and when I touch his tummy it's just... HARD. He's always been fat, but his tummy is usually soft and giggly.. and when I touched his stomach he would cry in pain and bite me. I immediately rushed to check his litter box.. he hadn't used it since I cleaned it sunday afternoon. Naturally, despite being broke as a joke after paying rent, I rushed him to the clinic.
Boomi was diagnosed with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease. Apparently this is not a one time thing, this is something he will have for the rest of his life, and he will have to forever be on a special diet. The doctor can't get him to pee, he's tried to go himself about 5 times now and is unsuccessful each time, he just growls and cries. His bills are insane.. I have horrible credit, and I was not approved for the animal care credit cards that the vet suggested I apply to, I was instantly declined.. (Thanks student loans..) The vet told me that if I cannot afford his treatment, then putting him down would be the only option.. because letting it go untreated will cause his bladder to burst, making him suffer and killing him painfully..
The amount I am trying to raise should hopefully be enough... She gave me a breakdown of the costs, (see image) but she said it would also cost more because he will have to be boarded for a couple of nights. Hopefully a normal treatment will work, because if it doesn't the next step would be surgery. They would basically have to mutilate him.. remove his male genitalia and "turn him into a girl kitty" as the vet told me..
This cat means the world to me. Any spare bit of money you can spare will mean the world to us! Boomi and I need a christmas miracle, gofundme!!
