Run to Rimini for the NHS

We all know how much pressure and demand the NHS goes through, especially with the epidemic known as Covid-19 going on right now. The University of West London Mens Rugby team want to raise over £500 to donate to NHS Charities Together to support their work during this tough time.

Our story behind this is that during mid April UWL Mens Rugby team were meant to travel on tour to Rimini (Italy) for a week. However, due to the current virus this got cancelled. From London to Rimini the total distance is 1144 miles and we including all other societies at UWL want to run/walk this distance. We want to be able to complete this in 3 weeks, so make sure you get your running shoes and walking boots on!

Get your friends and families involved too! It gives everyone an opportunity to stay fit whilst raising money to help support the NHS. Even if you are not running or walking, any form of donation to support someone you know participating for this charity would be fantastic!

Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause, every penny matters.
