Our hearts are broken!
Rebecca is part of our employee family here at My Accounting Team. Her son Ethan was involved in a tragic accident yesterday (June 2nd) that resulted in a severed spine. He is paralyzed from the chest down. Ethan is 15 years old and a freshman at Sheldon High School. He has attended school with my son Gaige for years.
We are all going through trying times and now Rebecca and her family have an even more pressing emergency to deal with. While My Accounting Team is well equipped to cover Rebecca from a work perspective Dave (husband/father) owns his own business. If he doesn't work he doesn't get paid. To help head off what is bound to be a major financial burden from medical costs and missed work we are asking for your help! Rebecca and her family will certainly have their hands full dealing with the emotional and family side of this tragedy. FYI - They also have two other young children at home, Merle (8) and Oliver (3).
The Gillaspie family needs your help now! Your donation will go towards offsetting medical bills, loss of income as well as prepare for Ethan's return home.
