I am Patty Kaaland (Snell) sister of Barbara Snell. Barb is a lifelong resident of Skagit County and was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2012. She had part of her lung removed and was in remission for two years when it returned in 2014. She has been battling chemo and radiation for the past 9 months but now the cancer has spread into her brain and doctors have given her 3-6 months.  We are looking for donations  to help with funeral costs to honor her final request.
