On Sunday, August 21, 2022, Quyen and the three girls were in a terrible accident in Anaheim, CA. The four were taken by ambulance to the closest hospitals for treatment. Lily and Emma were taken to Children's Hospital of Orange County and were admitted for four days. Laila was released from the hospital Sunday night. Jason drove from up north to be with the girls as Quyen was being treated in a different hospital. Once Quyen was released, she joined them at CHOC. Emma and Lily will have surgery, and many follow-up appts will be in Orange County. Lily is scheduled for her second surgery on Friday, Sept. 2nd. Emma will have surgery scheduled in the future. With Quyen being self-employed she will be unable to work for a minimum of 8 wks as she cares for Emma and Lily. Some of the medical conditions are being kept private at this time, but it will be a long road to recovery. The money collected would go towards medical bills & expenses, gas and living expenses.
