Remember to Breathe

We are gearing up to do a Breathwork and Yoga event at our prison and we are SOOOO excited about it~!! We are raising funds for yoga mats $560, blocks $300, blankets $150 and eye masks $90. The yoga mats and blocks will be donated to the yard (for their future yoga classes) and the blankets and eye masks will be kept by The Brahman Project and used for all future breath work events in the prison on multiple yards.

They are very excited about this upcoming breathwork event ‍♂️with members of our community also cooking up some yummy food for them after they finish their practice
