Hi, my name is Lindsey Macrae and I’m here to help and support our dear friend, Betty Thomas, kick cancer out of her body. This is a big battle to face, I want to create an opportunity for her friends to partner together to help her have more time with her family and loved ones. As you know, she is the most precious and faithful woman of God. I’ve been honored to call her friend for the last 10 yrs since we met at her home group in Redding. The minute you meet her, you know she is a true soul with love and grace that oozes from her being. She has been a constant joy and encouragement to my life, and I know she has been to all of you, as well. Let’s help keep her magnificent smile that brightens our days, and spreads the joy and love of Christ, and to help get her singing voice back! She is in the early stages of diagnosis, but she knows the cancer has spread to her liver. We need extra prayers and I know extra money will help, since she can’t work at this time. I know every little bit will help keep stress at a minimum and give her rest so she can focus on healing. She may be able to get some extra holistic treatment with the help.
