A Plea for Healing and Stability: Helping a Family in Crisis

We are reaching out to our community during the most difficult chapter of our friends life. As a mother of two, she has always worked hard to provide a safe and stable home, but their world was recently shattered by a devastating betrayal.

The youngest child, who is non-verbal and autistic, was se*#ally abused by a relative. While the perpetrator is now incarcerated, the aftermath has left the family in a state of physical and emotional collapse. The loss of household income following these events has created a financial void that they simply cannot bridge alone.

Currently, behind on rent has put them in immediate danger of losing the only safe space for the children. Beyond the housing crisis,their daily lives are stalling; struggling to keep food on the table, and pay utilities.

The greatest need for the family is for specialized trauma therapy. For a non-verbal child, the path to healing is complex and requires expert care that they currently cannot afford.

Your donations will go directly toward catching up on rent to prevent homelessness, assisting with food stability, utility bills, and ensuring the children/family receive the professional mental health support they deserve.
